Unofficial images of mockups have surfaced online, hinting that the design and size of the upcoming iPhone SE 4 will likely be based on the iPhone 14.
The images were shared on X by user @SonnyDickson, who has previously made accurate predictions about Apple products, suggesting that these leaks could be reliable. However, Apple has not officially revealed the design yet. According to the leaked mockups, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to feature a brushed metal frame and a single-lens camera.
The release of the fourth-generation SE was initially expected last year. The third-generation model launched in 2022, following a two-year gap after its predecessor, leading many to anticipate a similar release cycle. However, Apple did not follow the pattern, meaning fans will have to wait a bit longer for the new model.
According to 9to5Mac, the new SE model is expected to support Apple Intelligence features, thanks to the inclusion of the A18 chip with 8GB of RAM. Apple is likely to use the same SoC variant found in the base iPhone 16, featuring a 5-core GPU.
