Kate Perry and Jeff Bezos’ Fiancée Join First All-Female Blue Origin Spaceflight

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’s fiancé, pop star Katy Perry and Lauren Sent, were one of the six women who made history as part of Blue Origin’s first All-Female Crew Spaceflight of Blue Origin this week.

The brief suborbital mission marked a major milestone – and even included the performance of a wonderful world sung by Perry in zero gravity.

The six-member crew raised on Monday morning after riding on a new Shepard rocket of West Texas of Blue Origin on Monday morning, after some time after 8:30 am. The flight reached a top speed of 3,600 km/h and crossed the internationally recognized range of space at about 100 km above sea level (62 mi).

The entire journey lasted for only ten minutes. During their time in space, women happy and celebrated the experience of a one -time lifetime. The crew was congratulated on landing by friends and family, including Jeff Bezos, who personally opened the hatch for astronauts to return to Earth.
