
The world’s leading expansion in the world’s leading manufacturer Nvidia, Arizona and Texas, AI Chips, is changing part of its manufacturing in the United States.
Over the next four years, NVidia intends to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in the US as part of a large -scale initiative to strengthen its domestic production capabilities. On 14 April, the company announced plans like TSMC of Taiwan, to manufacture the AI Server Infrastructure, according to the reports of Reuters and DPA – to build AI Server Infrastructure.
The plans include the production of blackwell chips in the facility of TSMC in Arizona, and the establishment of supercomputer manufacturing operations in Texas via Foxconn and Wistron. Production is expected to start within 12 to 15 months.
“The expansion of manufacturing in the U.S. will allow us to better fulfill the extraordinary and growing demand for the AI chips and supercomputers,” said NVDia CEO Jensen Huang.
A strategic change back in America
Currently, Nvidia manufactures most of its processors in Taiwan. However, in response to the global supply chain concerns and developing previous American trade policies, especially during the Trump administration, Nvidia is joining other technical giants in transferring parts of its chip production back to the United States.
