The football club aims to unite the worlds of sports and music.

FC Barcelona has confirmed a collaboration with the band Coldplay. The British band’s logo, inspired by their latest studio album, “Moon Music,” will be featured on Barcelona’s jerseys during the upcoming El Clásico at Santiago Bernabéu.

The jersey design is influenced by Coldplay’s tenth album, released on October 4th. The front will display the band’s name shaped from moons, while the back will feature it in a classic font. The men’s team will wear the Coldplay-branded jerseys during El Clásico on October 26th, and the women’s team will showcase them in their match against Eibar on November 2nd, as stated on FC Barcelona’s official website.

Limited edition jerseys will be available for purchase starting Friday, October 18th, with proceeds going to social causes like the UN Refugee Agency, according to Merca. Only 1,899 units will be produced.
