The project, aptly named “Golden Dragon,” is a feast for the eyes for all enthusiasts of elegant interiors in a modern style.

Award-winning architects from Hola Design Studio present a new project—this time an elegant apartment in Warsaw that features high-quality natural materials and custom décor. The living space is designed for passionate travelers who have a love for the Orient, a theme that the architects have woven into their design.

This interior exemplifies how effortlessly modern design can be integrated into existing spaces. Thanks to the renovation, the typical apartment has gained an intriguing and elegant appearance.

Our priority was to breathe new life into the apartment, introduce a new functional layout, and open the living room towards the kitchen. We focused on functionality, style, and unique details,” explains Monika Bronikowska, co-founder of Hola Design Studio.

The architects combined modern design with subtle Asian accents, clean lines, and minimalism. Muted sand-beige tones are complemented by striking accents of bronze and black. Wall finishes are smooth and ribbed with a matte walnut veneer surface. By using natural materials, Hola Design Studio created the desired atmosphere of warmth and tranquility as requested by the owners.

Brushed veneers on the fronts of Italian kitchen furniture perfectly match the stone countertops. The dining area serves as a focal point of the living space, seamlessly connecting the kitchen with the living room. There is a harmonious dialogue between new and existing elements. The table and upholstered chairs have been in the family for years.

A steel cabinet with ribbed glass and a simple black bookshelf are original designs by Hola Design, adding unique style to the space. Polish art and souvenirs from the owners’ travels showcase their passion for exotic destinations and oriental motifs.

Large-format tiles in the bathroom feature a sand-beige scheme with graphite accents. The second bathroom, in lighter tones, serves as a relaxation zone with a free-standing bathtub. Stone countertops designed by Hola Design highlight the craftsmanship of the studio’s stonemasons and embody elegance. Diverse lighting brightens the space and emphasizes its austere character. The apartment combines style, functionality, and individual expression, capturing an aesthetic and attention to detail. Excellent work by the architects and craftsmen.
