Brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher revealed the news through a short video on social media.
The iconic rock band Oasis, formed in 1991 and once one of the most popular bands in the world, has announced its return. Noel and Liam Gallagher took to social media platform X to share the news. This announcement coincides with the 30th anniversary of the release of their debut album, Definitely Maybe.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the legendary British rock band is planning a series of massive concerts for the summer of 2025. Several international sources also suggest that Oasis could headline the Glastonbury Festival next year.
Oasis, a 5-member group, was often hailed as the successors to The Beatles. However, their prime ended in 2009 when the band split due to growing tensions between the Gallagher brothers. The breaking point came when Liam smashed Noel’s guitar backstage during preparations for a concert, marking the end of their journey together.
