Flights will operate from Sydney to two major destinations: London and New York.

Australian airline Qantas has announced plans to launch the world’s longest flight in two years. The ambitious project, which has been in development for several years, faced delays due to the pandemic. Now, it’s confirmed that a luxury aircraft will begin transporting passengers across the globe in just two years, as reported by Metro.

The non-stop flights will connect Sydney directly with New York and London. Depending on the destination, the journey will last between 19 and 22 hours. Appropriately named “Project Sunrise,” the initiative promises a unique experience, as passengers will have the chance to witness two sunrises during the flight due to its extraordinary length.

Qantas has worked tirelessly to make this project a reality, offering travelers an unprecedented experience of comfort and efficiency for ultra-long-haul travel.
