YouTube Now Lets You Play Games: A New Gaming Section Featuring Popular Classics Coming to the App

The gaming section will feature over 75 titles, including both new releases and well-known classics.

In addition to watching videos, you can now play games on YouTube. The gaming section, called “Playables,” is currently available in the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada, with plans to expand to other regions soon. According to YouTube’s blog, there are currently more than 75 games available.

The gaming section underwent extensive testing in selected countries and is being gradually rolled out. You can find games like Angry Birds, Showdown, Cut the Rope, Tomb of the Mask, and Words of Wonders.

YouTube also caters to those who enjoy achieving milestones and competing with friends. If you’re one of them, you can save your scores and compare them with previous results or with others’ performances.
