His friends and colleagues only speak well of him. Fans refuse to believe the tragic news.

Jo Lindner had over eight million followers on his Instagram profile. He shared photos and videos of his workouts and competitions, showcasing his physical transformation. According to The Mirror newspaper, he passed away in the arms of his partner after a sudden aneurysm (the dilation of a blood vessel, most commonly affecting the aorta).

As reported by Essentially Sports, just recently, the influencer expressed concerns about his health in relation to a rare condition known as Rippling Muscle Disease, which manifests as a chain reaction of muscle cramps and pain, stiffness, and slow muscle relaxation.

“Heart is also a muscle, and my biggest concern is that when I experience strong muscle cramps, my heart may be affected as well,” he said a few weeks ago.

Lindner’s last social media post is only a few days old. In it, he openly talks about using steroids and their impact on the body. Shocked fans and fellow fitness industry colleagues are flooding the comments section. “You will be missed, Jo. You were the kindest person in the industry,” commented his friend and famous influencer Larry Wheels on his own profile.
