The iconic duo is set to return to theaters after 17 years.
The popular heist comedy Ocean’s is set for a comeback with its legendary cast, as reported by Deadline. The last time George Clooney and Brad Pitt portrayed the lead roles was in 2007.
Both actors have shown interest in reprising their roles for Ocean’s 14. Their vision includes Edward Berger as the director, known for winning four Oscars for his adaptation of All Quiet on the Western Front.
George Clooney hinted at the possibility of a new Ocean’s movie late last year. “We have a great script for another Ocean’s, so we might do it,” Clooney told Uproxx. He also teased that the story might not directly follow the previous films. It’s been 17 years since Ocean’s 13 premiered.
It’s still unclear whether Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, or Casey Affleck will also return for the sequel. Fans are eagerly waiting to see who else will join the star-studded cast for this exciting continuation of the beloved franchise.
