Arcane’s new competitor arrives

Prime Video is launching a new animated series poised to compete with Arcane and Love, Death & Robots.

The series will feature 15 unique stories, each immersing viewers in the worlds of popular video games. Just an hour after release, the trailer has already racked up nearly 100,000 views.

Set to premiere on December 10, the show will roll out new episodes weekly. Although animated, the series features a star-studded voice cast, including Arnold and Patrick Schwarzenegger, Kevin Hart, and Keanu Reeves. Directed by Tim Miller, the series draws from renowned gaming narratives, transporting viewers into the universes of Armored Core, Concord, Crossfire, Exodus, Honor of Kings, Dungeons & Dragons, The Outer Worlds, and many more. With such rich gaming inspiration, many speculate it could be a worthy rival to the internationally acclaimed Arcane and Love, Death & Robots.
