Kanye’s upcoming album Bully is set to drop on a meaningful date — his daughter North’s birthday. He made the announcement during a Grammys afterparty, according to VIBE.
Fans can expect the new music on June 15. North, who often collaborates with her father, reportedly considers Bully her favorite project so far. In honor of her 12th birthday, Kanye decided to release the album on that special day.
The 11-year-old North has also announced her own debut album, titled Elementary School Dropout, a playful reference to her father’s iconic debut, The College Dropout. The father-daughter duo recently shared studio footage, giving fans a glimpse into their creative process.
Kanye also revealed that he incorporated AI technology in the production of the album. He’s been embracing tech in his creative work for a while, even using AI to generate the music video for his track 530.
