The second official trailer for season 8 of Rick and Morty has just fallen, and it is packed with action, anarchy and a familiar face.
The Panth-Pasandida Animated Science-Fi series is set to return with a 10 brand-nine episode, premiered on adult swimming in the US on May 25, the trailer indicates more brain-banging twist, interdimation, and space Beth’s long-awaited return of Space Beth-Bath Smith, Rick’s daughter’s daughter. He was first introduced in the conclusion of season 4, “Jerry’s Star Mort Rec train”, but it was mostly absent in season 7. This time, it seems that she is playing a big role.
The footage shows a glimpse after the destruction of Citadel and indicates deep dangers for Rick and Morty. Long characters like Summer, Jerry and Bath are also expected to play a more prominent role in this season.
Season 8 is one of the most intensive chapters so far.
