The airline will seek additional compensation through civil claims for any further cost. “Although such incidents are rare, disruptive behavior in the limited location of an aircraft cabin is completely unacceptable. We hope that this active approach will serve as a preventive and help eliminate unfair behavior on our flights.”
Under the new policy, each passenger removed from Ryanier flight will be automatically imposed a minimum fine of € 500 due to malpractice, besides any other citizen can follow the airline besides liabilities.
