Elon Musk ranks among the top players in Diablo IV

Spread the love

Despite his busy schedule, Elon Musk has proven to be an avid Diablo IV enthusiast since the game’s release last year.

Earlier this year, he gained recognition for soloing the Tier 25 Abattoire of Zir, and now he has achieved another milestone. Musk completed The Pit on Tier 150 in just 1 minute and 56 seconds—shaving three seconds off the previous record. This makes him only the second player to conquer the challenge in under two minutes.

A Mastery of Endgame Content

The Pit is an endgame challenge accessible only after significant time investment. Clearing its highest difficulty in such a short time requires meticulous optimization of gear and character abilities. Musk achieved this feat with the Spiritborn class, a standout addition from the recently released Vessel of Hatred expansion.

The build he used, known as Quill Volley, delivers massive damage due to an existing bug. Blizzard has announced that it will not address the issue until the end of the current season. With the seventh season expected to launch around the start of the new year, Musk’s record is not entirely secure, giving other players ample time to attempt to surpass it.
