He is rumored to play the role of a genius character.

While there’s been no official announcement from the production team, a source close to the project confirmed to Deadline that Culkin has been cast. The actor himself has not commented on the speculation about his role as a mad genius. The Home Alone star is expected to join the notable cast, which includes Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, and Walton Goggins.

Produced by Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, and Graham Wagner, the series is based on the popular game series by Bethesda Game Studios. Set 200 years after an apocalypse, the story follows residents of an opulent nuclear shelter who must return to the irradiated landscape left by their ancestors. They soon discover a vast, complex world waiting for them. Fallout premiered on Amazon Prime Video in April and quickly became one of the platform’s top three series. The first season earned an impressive 16 Emmy nominations.
